Reviewers Comments:

having been done in by a dealer servicing, i started to search for independent repair shop. i didn't go far or search for long as i found TOYO-Tech on my first stop. that was ten years ago. Keith's shop has done ALL of the service on my 86 pickup, 93 4-Runner, & 96 T-100 since then. the only time i've been back to a dealer was to buy another Toyota. i can't say enough about how great Keith's shop is. they know how to keep Toyota's running!

Disclaimer - I came to the Car Talk site to find a mechanic for my new Pontiac. There aren't any specialist in my search area, but Toyo-Tech showed up on the list. I don't go there anymore since I now have a Grand AM. I don't know very much about the inner workings of cars. So, when looking for a mechanic for my Toyota Celica I asked around. Toyo-Tech was highly recommended by a friend that does most of the work on his own car but went to Keith and crew for anything he couldn't handle. They are great! Keith will explain what needs to be done, in plain English, if there is something that can wait a little while he will tell you - which is great when you don't have a lot of $$$. My Dad, who does know a lot about auto mechanics, dropped of my car for me a couple of times and was also very impressed with Keith. They were wonderfull for the 10 years that I had my Celica!

I paid to have my oil pan repaired and when I next had my oil changed the oil pan tore abart near their repair. They refused to repair or even consider that they might be responsible for the problem. Also, after years of having my truck serviced and repaired my them, since it was nearly new, they said they no lnoger wanted to work on it because it was getting too old. As a result I don't really trust them anymore.

these guys are the best. i actually found them on this site 5 years ago, and i've been going to them ever since. they know their stuff, and i trust them implicitly. i have turned several friends on to them, and they have all called to thank me.

My wife and I have been going to TOYO-Tech for probably 20 years. They have only done what repairs are necessary or requested and no more. If anything has ever gone wrong, which is extremely rare, they have taken responsibility and taken action immeidately. I HIGHLY recommend them.
