I was broken down while visiting is the area and was treated like a king. Thanks to all the people in the shop.

They stayed open late and went to pick up a part they didn't have (after making numerous calls to find the part and then find it at a lower price) after offering to drive me home. They also took a customer with a Defender and drove him home after hours. All this the week before Christmas. Good people.

Walter definitely has my best interest at heart! He shops around for your parts to do his best to keep your cost down. They work quickly and on anything you bring in. I moved here three years ago without any idea who would work on my dearly loved geriatric car and count myself lucky that I found Walter.

My complaint against Walter & Meineke was that his parts prices were higher than the Nissan dealer charged. Although I was sitting in the office while the problem was diagnosed, Walter never showed me the written estimate. When I got the repair bill and called to ask why the parts prices were so high, he said those were the prices and since I disagreed with prices that he would not release the car unless I paid cash. While the dispute was ongoing, Meineke faxed me the paperwork for another customer's complaint (about the cost of repair being too high) in error. Also, while I as waiting in the office, a customer came in and offerred to pay cash and in return would not need a receipt from Meineke. This offer was accepted.
