I can't remember that anything has been "screwed up," so I left that answer blank. The garage is out in the countryside - no public transportation, but Paul's wife has picked me up or taken me home on occasion. I retired and moved away two years ago, and I miss going there for regular service.

Paul is an excellent diagnostician. Even on odd ball stuff, he usually hits it on the first try. If not, he'll work on it until he gets it. He doesn't charge for attempts, only for successful repairs. Its a family business. The wife, Cathy and the kids all work there in various capacities. Even complex jobs are often completed in 1 day (barring unforseen parts problems or emergencies). You couldn't want (or get) a better mechanic.

Sadly, Cathy no longer manages the place, but they still do good work. Paul's son, Matt, ran down a particularly difficult fuel injector problem on my Caravan and saved me a bunch of $s. Thay have always been unfailingly honest and stood by their work. They are now in a new facility about a quarter mile from the old Citgo station where they used to be. They have done everything from oil changes to replacing an engine for us. Good people.

Always do the job right. Have never had a problem with any repair work they have done. I go out of my way to bring my car to them although they are several towns away from where I moved to 7 years ago. Excellent diagnosticians.
