I owned one of these and it was only about one year old when I ( tried ) to trade it in for a new Chevy Nova... Even the Chevy dealer "beat me up" on the trade-in deal; said that he had to tussle with his mechanic/inspector to get me $500.00 on the trade-in!! "This was a Chevy product..." I protested. The dealer, with a pained look on his face, asked me to lower my voice and gave me another one hundred dollars on the trade-in just to get me out of his showroom! I made out like a bandit - when THEY were the ones who were the bandits for foisting this car on an unsuspecting ( female ) population. I've been leary of Chevrolet small cars ever since!!
