Right Person, Right Job?

Here's how it works:
You take the all of the prospective employees and you put them in a room with nothing but a table and two chairs. Then you leave them alone for two hours, without any instruction. Then, go back and see what they're doing.
The people who've taken the table apart... they go to engineering.
The ones who are jittery and crazed from 2 hours without an Internet connection, send them to information systems.
The ones who ask you what you paid for the table and chairs... they go to purchasing.
The ones who are sleeping... senior management.
If there's anyone who doesn't even look up when you enter the room, assign him to security.
And... finally... the ones who try to tell you what a great group of people you've got here... send them to marketing.
