I asked my boss if I could take two breaks every hour, like the guys on Car Talk. She told me to howl at the moon. So I'm thinking maybe if I knew why you guys needed those breaks, I could restate my case.

So, what do you guys do on your breaks, and is it anything I should bring up with my boss?
