This is from my pharmacological etymology series and was submitted by Michael Wortman. He writes very simply:

'Why is this sentence interesting?

"I do not know where family doctors acquired illegibly perplexing handwriting, nevertheless extraordinary pharmaceutical intellectuality counterbalancing indecipherability transcendentalizes intercommunications incomprehensibleness."
Answer: 
RAY: Here's the answer. What's interesting about the sentence is that each word has one more letter than the word before it. So do we have a winner?
