Dear Tom and Ray,

At one point you warned about the dangers of SUV's overturning, so we were very careful when we rented our first SUV after arriving in Boston on a trip. Ever-faithful fans that we are, we thought we would come pay homage to the place where Greatness dwells, so we parked the car and knocked, but you were doubtless out doing your radio show, saving lives, and that sort of thing. But we hoped you might return later that day, so we took a walk to pass the time.

You won't believe what we found when we returned to your shop. The car had spontaneously overturned. We thanked our lucky stars that it had happened outside your shop, but alas, you never came back, so we had it towed to an inferior establishment elsewhere. We think it was inertia and centrifugal force that had accumulated as we tried to avoid Boston taxis on the way to your garage. But we're sure you have a better explanation.

In any case, we really think that you ought to warn your audience about this little-known safety hazard.

Your concerned readers,

Mack Horton and Lisa Sapinkopf
