An honest mechanic, who does good work, the first time, and who expects to be compensated fairly -- what's not to like

These guys are fabulous. Unlike some places who see a woman and immediately start finding things that "need" to be worked on, International Auto only fixes what's broken. If something doesn't need fixing right away, they tell you. Great communication skills too...they explain what needs to be done in language I can understand. They've helped keep my 93 VW Fox in great shape.

Now that I've moved away from Baltimore, I appreciate Bobby, Tony, and the guys even more. I highly recommend them for routine maintenance (like oil changes) as well as more complicated repairs (like transmissions). They've never let me down, no matter how weird the symptoms. They are located in a kind of rough neighborhood, but they're very generous in giving rides. They can be very busy sometimes, and you'll improve your chances of getting your work done the same day if you get there before 7:30 am. Thanks guys, I miss y'all already!

I am a teacher at the school where Bobby's sons went to high school. Many teachers go to this shop b/c word of mouth has spread that these guys are really good. I've always had good experiences there, and they explain everything very clearly. My only problem is that Bobby's son will run and hide in back when I'm there, and tells the other guys that I gave him detention when he was in school. And they STILL do a good job on my car!

In addition to the good work they do, they always offer me a ride to work from the shop. **Very** conveniently located for those of us who work at the Social Security Administration headquarters. I don't lose any time during my busy day when I have to drop the car off for maintenance.
