I have brought my car in to have brakes checked with another shop. They came up with a $400 estimate for things which had nothing to do with the chattering. I took it to Integrity . The diagnosed it as uneven rotors and solved the problem for $60. When I ask them to check radiator fluid or other things they don't automatically change it unless it really does need it. When they put in a timing belt in my car they recommended changing the water pump at the same time they explained why it would be wise to do it. No hard sell, just a suggestion. They treat your car as if it was their own. I was recommended to this shop by a friend who had an old car. They kept it going forever.

We have had an over all good experience with John & his employees at Integrity. They can fix all manner of cars, and are especially good with keeping your older vehicle operating. We have had an '88 Jeep (still AMC made) fixed by them over a period of the 14 years since we have lived in Hernando County Florida as well as our '99 ford. We see all kinds of vehicles awaiting some kind of assistance. I think they will help with a ride especially for the elderly. There is no Mass Transit around here of much quality, so you need to get a ride with a friend if you have to leaave a vehicle or have a 2nd vehicle. They will tell you before they start work so you can arrange another date for them to work on your car so you can arrange transportation. We were recommended early on by someone with an ancient car that is still running, compliments of Integrity. Prices are reasonable and these are polite, competent folks; they are straight shooters who will do you right!
