Shop quoted me a somewhat low price for a replacement timing belt and then charged about $100 more. Come to find out that the water pump needed replacement and the dealer at the time I was looking for a price, never mentioned that the water pump was bad. They were going to leave it the way it was. Randy took the time and explained why and how the pump went bad, thus the increase in price. He ended up replaceing the belt and water pump and did a very through job. The 2 man shop seem to be very honest for only being in business for a couple of years. Snce they are locals I suspect they are known by most in the Village and will treat everyone good. A pleasure to have them so close to home!

I had the same experience as the letter posted. They quoted me a low number on a timing belt for my Civic, but then explained it would be more to do the job right and complete. They ended up costing me a little less than the dealer, but they are local guys and trustworthy.
