The shop started with just Jim and Brian; they recently moved to a larger location and have several more mechanics on staff. I have NEVER been to a auto shop that I trust as much, and given my luck with shops, that is actually saying a lot. Although I called myself an "Unbiased Customer" Jim's wife and mine worked together years ago (before the shop opened) -- which is how I met him and how I found out about his shop. Oh, and they have a Nintendo system to play while you wait. :-)

I have always had a very positive experience with this shop. I do not go to them anymore because I do not work in Boulder any longer and miss their honest service.

I've been to this shop a number of times. Recently they made a mistake and didn't appropriately fill the car with oil after replacing a gasket. When the engine seized, they shirked responsibility but couldn't adequately explain where the oil had gone. Until this instance I'd been satisfied with them. Failure to take responsibility for a major mistake however, is unacceptable.
