Never thought I would recommend a dealer for service, in all my previous association with dealers I was left feeling taken. But I have had nothing but good results with Wade-Raulerson: competent service, trustworthy advice, and at prices as reasonable as car care gets. I like them; too bad they won't service my Nissan.....

They do a great job with customer service and I have since bought a second Honda from them because I know I will be treated fairly.

We were grossly overcharged for a simple job that should have been covered by the warranty. Over $225 to simply replace the door handles that had peeling plastic chrome (all Accords this model year have the same problem). The technician then upsold my wife an unnecessary and extremely expensive brake flush and coolant flush. Never, Never take your car to this dealer for repair work unless it is under warranty!!!

The most dishonest repair facility I have ever been to in 45 years of driving. My wife took the car in for an oil change and walked out with a $400 bill for mostly unnecessary work. They really prey upon women. When I went back to complain, they just laughed at me with the attitude of "we have your money so there is nothing you can do". The service department of this dealership must be under a lot of pressure to bring people in for cheap oil changes and never let them out of less than $400. Never, Never go there.
