What really impressed me so favorably is that if they cannot easily determine the cause of a problem, they take the time, WITHOUT CHARGE, to keep checking the vehicle until they find out why the problem is occurring. The head mechanic is a very intelligent, well-spoken man who is very knowledgeable and is also personable and caring. I just could not be happier with their courteous, competent service even when they are very busy. In fact, George and David remind me of Tom and Ray -- without the Boston accents!

Having lived in the neighborhood for 10+ years, I have found George (the owner) to be highly competent, and both he and his staff are very knowledgeable in diagnosis and repairs. Additionally, I find George to willingly go out of his way to help his customers. The costs for repairs on my car (1997 Villager) have ranged from the cost of an inspection to approximately $4000.00 for engine mounts, intake manifold, water pump, timing belt and front seals. (That one hurt bad!!) Transmission went shortly afterwards, but the owner, George, quickly helped me to find a new, used car which I am very happy with. I would recommend him and his shop to anyone.
