Does federal law require that glove compartments be designed so that the contents spill out onto the floor whenever the glove box door is opened? Or is that a state or local ordinance?

RAY: Good question, Harold. We
called our congressman to find out whether this law is on the Federal books. Unfortunately, he and his staff were on a junket at the International Seat Cover Convention in Kuala Lumpur. We'll let you know when we hear back from him.
