This web site is dedicated to the memory of Kathy and Kimberly Seager who died from injuries sustained in a crash caused by cell phone abuse on July 25, 2002. Advocates for Cell Phone Safety has merged with the Partnership for Safe Driving, a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating all forms of dangerous driving.

The Partnership was founded in February, 1997, and headquartered in Washington, DC. The organization works to change the driving culture in America through education, research and grassroots activism.
