November 1995

Dear Tom and Ray:

I love your column and have a problem. I have an 1888 wagon with wooden spokes and wheels. And gol darn it if the fifth spoke on the right, rear wheel ain't always breaking! Seems every time I go over a decent sized bump, the darn thing cracks right in half. This has happened at least a dozen times in the past year and I'm getting awfully tired of fixing it. Got any suggestions? Al

Ray: Al, I think you wrote to the wrong guys.[redcar.gif]

Tom: We do a column and radio show called "Car Talk." I think you're looking for the guys who do "Cart Talk." We'll forward your letter.
