Dear Tom and Ray: I have a problem with my car that I have never seen addressed in your column before. I drive a 1979 Toyota Corolla that I bought new 14 years ago. The problem I am having is that I can't get it to break down. Other than changing the battery a few times, I have had no problems with it. I am getting tired of driving the same car, but my husband insists that we keep it until it quits running. Please don't suggest not putting oil in it. I just checked the oil and it was bone dry. The car was still running fine. Any suggestions? Ray: Tom: Ray: Changing your oil is the cheapest insurance you can buy for your car, but
