I'm a 77 year old widow and before I die, I've got to tell you how much pleasure your column has brought to me. After reading all the bad and sad news, I know I can always get a guffaw reading your answers. And now I know why. I recently saw your book, CAR TALK. Tom and Ray, if you are as ugly as you look in that picture, you would HAVE to have a good sense of humor to survive in this world. Ha! (I'm no beauty myself).
