TOM: More than that, however, it's stupid of them to TELL you they're ripping you off. If they need to increase their profit margin, they ought to just raise their labor rate and shut-up. They obviously thought that either you'd be more amenable to paying $40 for labor and $4 for rags than $44 an hour for labor, or that you wouldn't bother reading the fine print on your bill.
