This is the first time that I've had a strong comfort level with a car repair shop. Their appraisel of what was wrong was accurate and their prediction for cost and time to repair was right on. Their explanation of what was wrong and what was done to fix it was clear & concise - you get a strong sense that their honesty and integrity are way up there.

I have had several problems with a 1991 Chevy Lumina which were fixed by Paul and Jim at Broadway. One fix required extensive diagnostics and was not identified on my first visit. Broadway advised me not to start replacing parts until we were sure of the source of the problem. They refused to take my offer to pay for the diagnostics until they had found and solved the problem. Other fixes were made "on a budget" recognizing the low resale value of the car. My experience with Broadway leaves me with a great deal of confidence in their integrity, empathy and ability.

I brought the car in with some mysterious electrical problems. They took time to speak with me and I felt confident that they understood the problem as I did. The problem ended up just being an alternator - they replaced it for a reasonable price. Two days later the same mysterious problems appeared again, so I called them back. Once again they took the time to understand the situation, and told me to bring it back in. The car died on my way to the shop from my office, so I had to get it towed. Long story short, they worked on it, free of charge, for 8 hours trouble shooting, testing every possible scenario, paid the towing charges, and have made two follow-up calls to make sure the problem is resolved. These guys are great; they keep you in the loop on all relevant details, and work hard to do the right thing. They won a life long customer.

They always treat me with a great deal of respect, never considering any question to be beneath them or too stupid to answer.

If you want to get ripped off DON'T GO HERE. The AC in my wife's Subaru started to make an awful noise every time she turned it on. We took it to the guys at Broadway Estate Conoco to have them take a look. The squeal that was coming from under the hood sounded like big bucks. We left the car over night so it would make it's morning startup noise. Tim told us it could be the compressor clutch or something worse but they would let us know before starting the work. In the morning the guys called to tell us that the belt was loose. They could have easily told us that it was going to be major work. Instead they tightened things up and said "$27.00 please" I have found an honest and reliable neighborhood garage. I will be back. AB Littleton, CO

I brought in my '87 Cadillac Allante with 171,000 miles with overheating (and noise) problems. The mechanics there gave me a reasonable guess that it was going to be "costly." They had to search far and wide for a replacement radiator for this somewhat rare beast, and had one shipped in from Washington state. The radiator replacement, plus a new water pump, hoses, pulley, and serpentine belt cost about 1 1/2 times as much as a local Firestone store charged my church to replace a simple water pump in a 6 year old truck!!! Holy Coolant System, Batman!!! They have sold me on their competence and fairness. I have lived in several states, and I am always looking for the "go to" shop for my vehicles. I think I've found my Colorado go-to shop!

Super friendly, accommodating and professional. My wife was stuck on the road miles away. Because of the comments here I gave them a call. A real pleasure to deal with. Great communicators! Anticipated her arrival by getting parts, found the diagnosis was wrong and solved the problem, all while my wife and kids were at a nearby McDs!
