The shop is extraodinarilly clean - Like they scrub the floors more often than I vacuum my house. One of the shop guys accidentally burned a small hole in the door upholstery. If Jerry had not told me about it, it would have been days - maybe years - before I would have discovered it. One of the most difficult tasks I encounter with him is getting him to do an invoice for me so I can pay the man - sometimes it takes a week or two to get an invoice. He does a great job, and has always fixed the problem the first time. He also tells me all the alternatives before doing a job and checks with me if he discovers problems other than those diagnosed.

My dad was an auto mechanic for thirty years. When I have my car worked on at Norick's Auto, it is like having my dad work on it. Everyone there is courteous and helpful. Very conveniently located. Very honest and reliable. I have never had to take my car back to have something "re-fixed". They do it right the first time.

Norick's has worked on cars for at least 5 of my family members always with good results. They are good and (sometimes more importantly) HONEST.

Has kept my mothers 85 Buick going all these years, if she has a problem he will go to her house and pick up the car and deliver it when done.

Jerry and his family have been taking care of my family's cars for over 30 years. Jerry took care of my Grandpa, my parents, me and is now taking care of my son. I would have touble trusting anyone else under my hood!

I was referred in 1975, when I 1st came to town, by long time customers. They have worked on my cars, my children's cars, my ex-wife's car's, my girlfriend's cars, and friend's cars. They are always courteous. On the rare occasions when they have made a mistake, they absolutely backed up their work, and once even brought a small burn in the upholstery (from re-welding the seat support bracket) to my attention, and had it recovered for me. This is as good as it gets.

I contacted Jerry on the strength of Click & Clack. I needed them to inspect a classic car I was thinking of buying. They were courteous and friendly and quoted me a price of $85.00 I agreed....then after looking at the car they told me all the scoop and warned me about some problems and to top if off they only charged me half the agreed upon price....it's nice to see there's still mechanics of integrity and kindness.....I strongly recommend Jerry & Company.

I wouldn't trust anybody else with my vehicles. Jerry and his staff has worked on Chevys, Saturns, Toyotas and Hondas for my family. I am a third generation customer and my son is now a fourth.

This whole crew is great. Jerry will transport you, if needed. They have never failed me.
