Sorn goes over vehicle repairs in detail w/customers so they know what was replaced and why. He keeps worn out parts to show why they were replaced and he never makes repairs without calling and speaking to a live person first. If there's something I feel I can do on my own, he will give specific instruction on how to make the repair. Also, he returns phone calls in a very timely manner and has a very good sense of humor. Sorn and Walai Kosiyasthit make every effort to work with customers' schedules and have even offered to take me to the lightrail station to get to work and pick me up to get back to the station to retrieve my car. They are very personable and hard working. One time, Sorn did a major repair job on my old Datsun/Nissan 280ZX. Afterward, I couldn't get the radio to work. Sorn offered to refund the money on the entire job! I called a Nissan dealership just to see if there was something we missed. Only one guy at this particular dealership knew what happened because of all of the 280 and 300ZX's he owned. He advised me to disconnect the battery cable and leave it off for 10 minutes then reconnect the cable. It worked! I don't remember the reasoning behind the strategy but I shared the information with Sorn in case it happened to someone else down the road. Thank you for letting me refer Sorn as an excellent mechanic and for taking the time to read the comments I've shared. Regards, Jana L. Brown

They always give me straight answers and they stand behind their work 100%. Beyond the good work they do, I like them because they treat me like they want me to come back!
