Alpine is THE MOST HONEST repair shop I have ever found. I once took my truck in and asked them to replace the brakes. They called me back later and let me know the brakes were EXTREMELY dirty and all they did was take the tires off and clean the brakes up. They could have taken me for a few hundred dollars but only charged me $15 for looking and cleaning them up. They have also worked on my VW Passat and did great work for an extremely reasonable price. I know about 8 people that use them and never heard one problem. They aren't the fastest in the world but all my repairs have taken less than one day.

Through several vehicles, Mark and Scott have kept me on the road for less than the other shops in town. "Alpine Tire" is actually a good-old-fashoned full service shop with 3 bays and a full set of equipment to go with the tire and alignment moniker. My only complaints are that they aren't open saturday and they usually have a backlog so only tires are fixed/mounted the same day. As a final note of recommendation, I send them an X-Mas card every year. How many shops rate that?

Alpine is a great group. I have ask them to do things because of my self important grandising nature and they tell me straight up, "that is not a good idea on a car of this value!" I am ripe for the picking and they will not do repairs or maintainace that is not needed. There is a long waite to get a car in sometimes, but worth it, as they will give you the strait scoop on a repair that is needed.
