I found these guys by asking locals while working in the area away from home. They are better than any shop that I have ever used and everyone in town knows it so there are always lots of cars waiting for attention and the wait can be over a week. It's usually a few days. I don't know about loaner cars or rides. The owner Brad is exceptionally knowledgeable about all makes and sizes of vehicles and is honest and patient in explaining things and answering any and all questions. Our timing belt broke on our Camry in extremely cold weather (- 30F) and he saved all of the parts for us to look at. The 4Runner needed tie rod work and we talked at length about what to expect in the future of our vehicles and weak points in the engineering. I sent my boss there for driveline work on a Dodge Ram and he was in and out in no time. When they work on your car they really get it done fast. Price is excellent and less than you would pay in a bigger city or a dealership. I would consider a long drive to let these guys under my hood.
