I discovered Sensible Auto from Car Talk's website and since it's only a mile and a half from my workplace, it works well for me. The positive comments appealed to me as thorough service with an emphasis on making sure the job is done right is most important. Kyle and his Mom are a pleasure to work with. When I stopped in the shop and they had charts and pictures on the counter to show me, I was in heaven! That's half the battle with car repairs--trying to understand parts and procedures that are foreign to most people. Kyle is not only very detailed minded in diagnosing, but very frank and honest. I like the test drive both before and after the repair. It makes you feel like he cares about your car as much as you do. You may have to wait a bit longer than a chain would take to return your car, but let me tell you, it's worth that wait for the great service you get at Sensible Automotive!
