I had an oil leak that I was getting fixed on my daughters Jeep. They done the inspection and called me later to tell me the problem was valve covers leaking. I okayed the repair over the phone. Picked up the car and still had an oil leak, took it back, they found the oil sensor was leaking replaced it and billed me for the difference between the real fix and the valve cover gasket replacement. They admited they had not properly repaired the real problem the first time. Honesty in a good shop and willness to admit their mistake, makes for a good shop with honest mechanics and management willing to do the right thing is very hard to find in today's world.

I've gone to Plant's for years with my Mustang and Montero. They are always honest and reliable. There have been times they could have done extra or more expensive work as a second opinion for friends I've referred, but they've found a different and less expensive problem and done the repair at a very reasonable price. Their service is excellent!
