I was just new to the area when the trnsmission on my 1988 325i blew. the car was on the highwy about a mile and a half from their shop. They were getting ready to close for the night - it was already almost 6 pm on a Fiday evening- but they called a tow truck for me and arranged for a cab to meet me at the near by B&B to pick me up and take me the rest of the way home that eveining. The service bays aren't open on Saturday, but the desk was, and they called Saturday morning to make sure I was all right and to see if I needed a loaner car that day (we arranged for me to pick one up on Monday instead). This all took place the weekend prior to 9/11. I had an estimate for the new transmission - very reasonable considering what I had expected moving there from the northeeast via FL. Once the attack took place all shipments of parts, etc. were slowed down considerably, but they tok only a week longer than they had originally planned, letting me have use of the loaner the entire time. Second time involved having the passnger front seat repaired from an over zelous car wash attendant who forced the seat back. Even for that they only charged a flat fee, and provided a loaner for my use ( I had an out of town visitor in to see the sights). We er gone for two and a half hours - they had the work done in 45 minutes. Finally, prior to leaving the are, my wonderful car was rear ended by a 110 #er (a 5' tall, 110#.peroxide blonde with a cell phone in an SUV). She technicallytotalled my car. Since i ws just leaving the shop after having them check it out for the trip to FL, I called them from the site to see if they did body work or could recommend someone. After making sure that we were all right ("A car is just a thing") they gave me the name an address of a shop they often work with. Great people. One of the best experiences of Colorado.

These guys are great! I have been using them exclusively to repair my '96 Mercedes for two years. They are friendly, competent, and not expensive. They also treat their loyal customers well -- when my transmission had to be removed, they only charged me $700 to take it out, work on it, and put it back in. That was a third of what I was supposed to pay for that kind of work from an import specialist. I will be bringing my car to these guys for as long as I can.
