Charlie at Gene's Continental Coach repair fixed by son's Jeep in a timely manner, for a reasonable cost, and then sent me a thank-you card and a refrigerator magnet afterwards. I received this good service and a new home decoration (the magnet) from a repair shop in a college town. While I was there, I witnessed Charlie expaining, in- detail, what was wrong with a woman's car while taking the time to draw diagrams and make sure she understood what was wrong and how he fixed it. What a wonderful place. I am tempted to drive 65 miles out of my way to have Charlie fix all my cars.

I have been going to Gene's for 20 years. Gene sold the business several years ago, and the new owner, Charlie, kept the name and the main mechanic (I wish I knew his name). I have always felt well taken care of, and not treated like a silly female, as can happen in such businesses. I have take Nissans and a Saturn to them

I've been taking my cars to Charley for about a decade, and I've always been very happy with the work they do.
