Does FREE get your attention! My daughter had a God auful screech comming from the left front, Andy jacked that puppy up and rebent a metal plate and sent her on her way with no charge. Andy understands the dealerships ripoff prices on everything. He only does what is needed and his prices are very reasonable. I have two daughters and they have been treated very fair (I don't think he knew they were my daughters).

8/21/2007 I had always a terrible time dealing with mechanics. Even the ones who tell you: " You are my home boy(you are my people) and I'll take care of you." are more eager to clean your wallet. Couple days ago, my car was producing a cloud of white smoke through the exhaust. Indeed, few days ago, I was in the court to pick a form for a small claim against a mechanic (from back home!!!) and somebody mentioned Andy to me. Then I went on line looking and I found that somebody made a positive comment about Andy regarding his daughters cars. Immediately, I went to Andy. I met him and his wife Pamela. They are so modest and humble. Andy, dealt with the car in 20 minutes. Especially, he felt bad for me having the kids with me. He then said: " Voila! The car is done. When you took the car few days a go to a mechanic, he added more oil than enough. Beside the oil stick does not belong here. You can't tell if there is oil or not. Go to the junk yard and get the exact one." Then we had some chat and we left on a good hand shake and $33 was all the cost. Andy and Pam, you are so wonderful. Don't forget to invite us to your son graduation from UC Davis from the school of medicine next year.

I have a very pleasant experience dealing with Andy and THE BOSS Pamela. They are very honest people. I saw many returning customers who seem very satisfied and relax to deal with them. I didn't have away to get back home that day and Andy asked me to relax and read some magazines or go look around in the stores on the street and come back. Indeed, when he couldn't deal with the problem he honestly aknoledge that he can't do it and waste my time and recommended to me a nother mechanic he knows. The other mechanic was good as well. Their address is: A & B Auto care 14784 7th St Victorville, CA (760)245-9638

This is a small repair shop, operated by the owners. They do general repairs including engine overhaul, timing belts, water pumps, brakes, clutch, etc., and have even replaced my steering column (combination light switch). They do not have the computerized repair machines, nor do they do smog certification or transmissions. They will refer you to a local shop for those types of work. They will install your own parts if you found it for less at a salvage yard (like I did several times). They appreciate your involvement in the process, and any knowledge you can provide as to the history of the repairs, etc. My Acura wasn't running well after a clutch job, and they took it back and fixed it without additional charge! My kind of repair shop!
