Very honest, explained things thoroughly, fair pricing, didn't gouge me because I'm a woman, and didn't "coincidentally" find other things wrong with my car, as so many other mechanics do. Great repair shop!!

Excellent mechanic, great staff, fair price, always honest. Didn't treat me like an idiot, because I'm a woman. A rare gem.

Bill is a great mechanic. He and his team fix the problem the first time, and never condescend when explaining the issue. I've referred a couple of friends to him over the years, and they've always been extremely satisfied. When considering a used car purchase, Bill did a once-over for free, and offered to run the check engine light diagnostic for free as well (as I didn't end up buying the car, I didn't take him up on that). The only issue is I once made the mistake of telling him that I was in no hurry to get my car back, and he should take his time. While that was true, I feel like it might have delayed my service behind quite a few other customers, and the work took a bit longer than I would have liked. However, every other time I have not made such a foolish declaration, the work has been completed is timely fashion... The used car inspection was done in about 15 minutes with only a few hours notice! He does good work, no BS, no upsell, no talking your ear off. Highly recommended.
