Jay's Automotive was really helpful in solving my problem. They were aware of a California State program which saved me $500 dollars! My Explorer wouldn't pass smog, and with this program, I pay the first hundred bucks and the state pays the next $500. My SUV had a problem with getting all the sensors that are required for smog to be recognized, but Jay kept working on it until it passed. I will definately be returning for any more work on my cars.

I went to Jay's after looking them up on Car Talk's website. I met Rick and he was great in fixing my Jetta which needed a new ignition switch. He listened to me as I described the problem and kept me informed the rest of the day as he decided how to fix it. Got all the work done in one day as well, and spent some time with me as I picked up the car explaining the repair. Thanks Rick.

I found Jay's through AAA Auto Club as a recommended repair source for my two Toyota's. Rick has worked on both my cars a number of times and has even recommended some items that would need work in future. As it turns out, he was right and when the time came to fix something, he had it done in short order and the cars were back to running great again. Both cars have over 100,000 miles on them and I have no problem with taking them back to Jay's for future work.
