They are a shop whose mechanics have worked together for 15 years. Although they specialize in VWs, they work on all foreign & domestic cars and trucks. Kent Clemens(owner) is honest & fair. Their customers have shown their loyalty by remaining customers for many years as well as introducing new generations to Wabbit's service. They will do anything to help and I have personally driven other customers where they need to go and have seen others do the same. These guys inspire kindness and comraderie among the people they serve. I've personally seen Kent turn down work from disreputable car lots that wanted a quick fix in order to sell a car to someone without truly fixing the problem. Honest, fair, hardworking and eager to please. What more can you ask for?

I recently moved from another state, so I checked Car Talk for a good auto shop, and found Wabbit Wepair. They were great. Fixed the problem quickly, explained everything where I understood it. I am very pleased and will continue to go back.

They are the most honest shop I have ever encountered. They have 27 years of experience and are fine mechanics. They specialize in VW's (hence the name) but will work on any foreign or domestic car or truck. They have relationships with other reputable shops that do the things that they do not. The prices are fair. They give you a graded list of problems with your car and let you know which ones need immediate attention. They will do a Used Car Diagnosis for the price of 1 hour's labor so that you know exactly what you are buying. The owner, Kent Clemens, is perhaps the most honest mechanic/shop owner I have ever met. I personally saw him give up a lucrative account from a used car lot that wanted to get quick fixes and sell bum cars to the public. These guys are the real deal. Highly Recommended!

Great shop. These guys really worked through a complicated fix when the check engine light came on in my VW. They managed to hammer down what it was considering that when this light comes on it could be a myriad of repairs. They got in there, fixed it, and always kept in mind the most honest, direct, and inexpensive route to take when fixing my car. If I took my car to my old mechanic or to a dealer it would have easily cost twice as much. After the repair was done they really took the time to talk to me about what it was and how they fixed it. I appreciate that.

they identified a slew of problems with tubes/filters, etc. and were able to prevent expensive parts from breaking. i had a shitty 60k checkup from the dealership and they followed up with a very thurough checkup. they were very nice and explained everything completely before asking what i wanted to do. i will definitely be bringing my car back to them again (i have a '98 jetta).
