These guys, Mike Charlson and Nathan Clemons, came highly recommended by many many people in our community when my family and I moved to Benicia about two years ago. Even the Triple A tow truck guy recommended them! They are honest above all else! If they don't know how or can't do a thing they are very good about recommend someone else to do the work. They are prompt, do what they say they are going to do and charge a fair price. They are not your car dealer service center (thank God) and don't have all the whisles and bells. But I look at the satifaction in their customers smiles, the friendliness and the well organized shop, and the constant, consistant Quality of their work. They like what they do and it shows.

the main thing i'D say is these guys are honest, they've had many chances to charge me for things i didn't need and never did that . In fact they have gone out of their way to give me the cheap fix if I asked them to, and to tell me what things i didn't need to bother wasting my money on repairing. They have kept three cars of mine running for quite a while. Last year I had a short in my honda that they kind of mis diagnosed a couple of times but they never charged me for any repairs that didn't fix the problem, what more can you ask for?
