Bill is as honest as the day is long. He looks after me like I was one of his daughters (Well, Ok, his sister, maybe). He has been voted the best mechanic in the county on several occasions (a contest our local paper runs annually). When he gives you an estimate, he sticks with it. I'm in the market for a new car, and I will only buy a Honda or Toyota because I won't give up The Toy Shop!

Just moved to the area and needed a reputable shop to perform a 90K on my Tacoma. The folks were friendly over the phone, the cost of the repair was reasonable and they used factory parts. The shop is conveniently located, clean, and they performed the service on time as indicated. I will be taking my truck there for any service and repairs from now on.

It's a family run shop, in business since 1986. We and our friends who go there are loyal and satisfied customers.

No major problems after many service visits over a period of 22 years. Prices comparable to (but not cheaper than) a Toyota dealer.

Honest, Upfront, Reliable, Friendly: All of the above. Pricing is a fraction of what dealers charge and the work is impeccable.

I agree with most of the previous comments, with the exception of the comment that said the Toy Shop prices are comparable to the dealer. I have always found their prices to be lower than the dealer's. Bill is honest as the day is long, but is gradually moving into retirement. His daughter, Jenna, has taken over the operation and is every bit as knowledgeable and honest as Bill. I've been taking cars (both Hondas and Toyotas)to them for over 15 years. I trust and like these guys so much, that I would travel a couple of hundred miles if I had to! A good example of their honesty: One of the mechanics accidentally stripped the threads in the oil pan of our Sienna. Bill had a a heli coil put in for no charge. Years later, Jenna informed me that the heli coil was now leaking. I reminded her that it was one of their mechanics who stripped it in the first place. She looked it up in their records, found the history that indicated that the original problem had been their mechanic's fault and offered to replace the oil pan - no charge!! You can't do better than these guys!
