The owner and his wife specialize in Saab's and Volvos. I have a Saab and know a reasonable about cars in general, but the owner is VERY knowledgeable about Saab cars. Always finds the answer at a reasonable price.

I have a 9000 CSE which I bought used and Swedish Auto Factory have seviced this car since day one. Their prices are very competent compared to other local mechanics and they do extraordinarily good work.

John truly is a master mechanic and any time I have had him do service on my car he has responded with alacrity. He always take time to explain what is happening if I am willing to listen and is quite efficient in all repair times. If Holly isn't around he may be willing to haggle but no guarantees that he will. when I was broke they made repairs on honor so I could get to work and let me pay later, unheard of in the mechanic world. If I owned a SAAB or VOLVO in the area this is the number one place to go to.

John and Holly are absolutely devoted to fixing it right the first time.
