This is a fairly small shop with the most personable, professional, honest, and respectful group of people to help me with my mom's car. Before my mom bought her new car, Terry took time to advise us on our purchase (she was changing brands from an Acura to a Hyundai, and I wanted to make sure there weren't any problems with the Brand). Later, when her new Hyundai needed bodywork (it was rear-ended and the trunk was damaged), Terry made sure that everything was done perfectly - it looks just like new (and I am a designer who pays a great deal of attention to detail). They weren't the shop preferred by my mom's car insurance (didn't have a contractual agreement), but they were able to work with her insurance company, they made the whole process seamless, and they guarantee their work for the life of the car. They do fabulous work and are extremely nice.
