These guys are extremely honest. After being told by an oil change shop that I needed brakes I took to Jaeckels and they said they wouldn't be able to sleep at night if they put new brakes on my car. Also, almost always finish work when promised and provide rides to and from home when necessary. Jim Gordon

They have always been able to correctly diagnose problems with my 2 vehicles. I have a '05 Honda Pilot and a '94 Mazda B2000 4wd pickup. They will do any size job from replacing wipers to major engine overhauls. They always provide me transportation to and from home, I might have to wait for a few minutes until their customer load lightens up. They were recommended to me, and I would happily recommend their services to any of my friends without hesitation. When I need my vehicle smogged, they directed me to the best smog station to have the work done. They could have just taken the car and had the work done and then charged me for their extra service, but no, they were very honest about the matter.
