For the last several years I've had trouble finding a mechanic who can change my oil without putting too much oil in the engine after drainig the old oil. This includes the Engine Room and the Toyota dealer who consistently put an extra quart of oil in the engine, the dipstick showing oil way above the top line. The dealer told me not to worry about this unless the car started smoking. I've always heard that too much oil can blow the seals and the owner's manuals always say not to overfill. Randy's always puts in the correct amount of oil, always does routine maintenance in a very competent manner for $200.00 cheaper than the dealer. Randy's always calls me if they find something that needs to be done and explain everything so I can understand it and explain all options. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner and Randy's always does the work in a timely manner.
