Tracy (owner of Mick's) is incredibly helpful, only suggests fixing what *needs* to get fixed on the car, not what *could* be fixed. I couldn't recommend his shop highly enough. Plus, their shop is a Green Business, rare among car repair shops...

Tracy's only fault might be that he explains things TOO well, sometimes going over my head. However, I feel that I my car is very well taken care of at Mick's.

This is a very good shop. They take the time to explain what repair options are, what the vehicle actually needs, and are very honest about billing you for exactly what they do (ie- which parts were used and what actual time was spent working on the vehicle). Also they are a green business and are committed to reducing their energy use and environmental impact. The shop is just two blocks from a bus stop. Check them out.
