Chris Richie, the head mechanic and owner, did way more than I asked to repair: he rotated and inflated my tires, checked all fluids and brakes, and was able to spot a leaky water pump (which he fixed at a very reasonable price). He also changed the three rear spark plugs (which are nearly impossible to change on my 1996 Town and Country Minivan). He also allowed me to work on a repair along with him, thus helping to bring down the cost of labor. While we were working together, a lady drove up in her truck, in which the battery was failing. Chris brought out his charger and tested it, and spent time to explain the problem. He advised her to go to a nearby auto parts store, which would be cheaper for her, as the batteries he stocked were more expensive. He didn't charge her a thing. I believe that Chris, and his partner mechanic Paul, are honest, hard-working mechanics that really go "the extra mile"! I strongly recommend his shop.
