I have been bringing my car to Haus of Mercedes benz for nine years now and at first I was skeptical but over the years exactly what they said was going to happen when the said it would happen and what to do when, to prevent these things from happening after nine years they were always right on... I would'nt think about going anywhere else even if it were cheaper. price isn't always everything!!

If I can help it, I will never bring my BMW to this place. I've only taken my car here for oil changes because its next door to work from me. The convenience of dropping off my car and walking back to work is what compels me. Other than that, never will I bring my car for major jobs (I did twice for brakes and then control arm bushing). I've had some minor issues with them, like I asked them to call me when the oil change was done, and they never did. I ended up calling myself at the end of the day. The mechanic and owner are not that personable, so I never felt I could trust them (my co-worker said the same thing who took her Mercedes there once and will never again return). It's just the lack of communication in each instance when I'm there that left me with that feeling of "I can't trust these guys". So the experience when you left is like someone yelling at you, "I fixed your car! Now give me my money and leave!" Too harsh you say...well, one time I made an effort for small talk about the Lakers, and I got blank stares. I just think that this business requires people skills too.
