Now called European Car Care. I only gave them 4 on the treat male and female customers the same because I have not seen how they treat guys. As a gal, I think they do a great job. Ross is really good at explaining what is going on and he is very patient. Methodical! Problem solvers! These gusy are great.

Happened upon this place on the Mechanics Files and really hit the jackpot. They've worked a few times on my 2001 Jetta (which just celebrated its 100,000 mile birthday!), and every time I leave smiling--obviously a rarity for a car repair experience. This most recent trip, Ross started to get in my car to drive it around the block, heard the squeaky door, leapt back out, sprayed it down with WD-40, and announced triumphantly, "No more Tales from the Crypt!" :) He proceeded to listen to me describe all sorts of weird noises, and probable neglect, with nary a wince of judgment nor a "she's-a-moron" sigh when I didn't really know what I was talking about. THEN he fixed everything for half the price of what I'd budgeted, and, best of all, referred me to another mechanic (after calling him, telling him I was coming, and explaining exactly what needed to be done) for one more crucial fix, because the other guy could do it cheaper. It just doesn't get any better than Ross and European Car Care. Hopefully, I'll have my Jetta there for its 200,000 mile birthday, too!
