It's always a happy experience to do business with these guys. They know everything about Honda. They are not pushy at all and very respectful; I even sent my girlfriend there alone. My first visit to the shop resulted in a repair bill for $11.00!

After years of unhappiness with the service dept at the Honda dealership, I decided to go elsewhere. I brought in a "Certified Used" Honda for inspection (because I don't trust dealerships). They did a nice once over at no charge. Then I brought my other car in for a couple things and they actually remembered me. In one case, they looked up a service bulletin that fit my problem (something the Honda dealer never did). Super nice staff, very clean office. The shop feels trustworthy after only a few visits, hope they stay that way. They are not the cheapest shop, but no more expensive than the dealer. And I believe you get what you pay for.
