The first time I went there, I asked for a new battery, since I had to jumpstart my car that morning. They spent 15 minutes checking my battery, then my electical system at no charge, and told me my battery and system were both fine. They determined that I had run down the battery the previous day by leaving the doors open and radio on all day while cleaning the car. They could have just sold me a battery, and I wouldn't have known the difference. This is why I have gone back since.

I needed normal oil change. Additionally, I needed the transmission fluid exchanged. They did both, charging me only the cost of the t-fluid, not any labor cost associated with the fluid exchange.

John, Frank and Jared have all spent time under the hood of my cars. They are easy to do business with and always have the right attitude when it comes to servicing the cars. I'd recommend them highly. John is very good at customer relations and follow up.
