The shop has always been first-class. Friendly, reassuring and fast. They explain repairs thoroughly. If you're facing an expensive repair, they'll offer options on how to save money, or which things can wait. They never try to over-sell you on work that isn't necessary. They helped me nurse along two different used Hondas, doing minor service, major service including water pump/timing belt, and repairs including new starters, oil pan gaskets, the works. Bonus: They offer loaner cars for any major work or even some pretty minor jobs, so you're not stuck waiting, or searching for a ride. Very convenient to 880 and 87 in SJ.

I bought a '97 Acura Integra GSR off of these guys back in '99, and gave them plenty of work on it over the years. They've done engine, body, and simple service work for me, and even though I lived more than 50 miles away, I always brought my car to them for every little bit of work I had done. This included a collision on the left side/fender, a front end collision, and a rear end collision (sounds bad, but I swear they weren't all my fault), and the body work was top notch every time. In every instance, these guys were extremely friendly and helpful, and far less expensive than any other shop I spoke with. If you want an explanation, they're happy to hang out and describe everything to you, but if you're in a rush and just want to get out of there, they're also happy to just grab your keys and let you go. While they specialize in Hondas and Acuras, they work on a number of other makes, so it would be well worth giving them a call if you need to have something done.

This shop is owned and operated by two owner/partners, so decision makers are on hand at all times. They've worked on my 100k 2000 Honda Accord and my 2004 Acura TL. They did mechanical work on the Honda including a new timing belt and did body work on the Acura after a knucklehead hit my rear bumper at about 15mph. Both times the experience was the same; quick service, straightforward understandable answers, and excellent work. Even the loaner they gave me was a tribute to them. It was 13 years old, had 180k and felt safe and reliable for my 100-mile daily commute from Danville, Ca. to San Jose. Almost tempted me to forget all about owning newer cars altogether. Hondas and Acuras are already great cars. Finding this shop seems like an unexpected, added benefit to ownership.

My car was hit on the left side two separate times by careless drivers. Each time the damage looked awful, and each time the car came back from Acura-Honda Connection looking as good as new. They gave me a car to drive the entire time my Odyssey was in the shop, so I wasn't even inconvenienced. And I love that I can drop my car off and even pick it up (and return the rental) after hours, when it's easier for me to find the time.

You'll deal directly with the one or both of the two owner/operators of this shop, whose committment to providing the highest quality service is evident from the start. These quys care about their business and want satisfied customers who will come back again (and who will leave glowing recommendations!). They offer very clear, thorough, and straighrtforward explanations of the problem, the repairs needed, the process, the costs, and the time required, and give honest, thoughtful advice. Afterwards you're shown exactly what they did and why. And to top it all off, you get a nice, clean, free loaner for the duration of the repair. Couldn't recommend them more hightly.

One of the most trustworthy auto repair businesses I have ever encountered.

This is the kind of mechanic you always hope you find. Smart and honest and good at what they do. I had a weird cold idle stall that didn't have any other symptoms and no CELs, so they needed to keep it over night. Generally, I'd be afraid the problem wouldn't happen and I'd get charged for some nominal cleaning or a new fuel filter. They kept it for 2 nights because they could see what was wrong but had to let it get cold again to diagnose it. My Element needed a valve adjustment at 65K, which is pretty unexpected. Now it's running great. They provided me with a loaner car for free, and they washed my car (it needed it), and they charged me about a third of what I had guessed. Excellent shop.
