Competent and not money-grubbing. If you like your car, they like you. 30 years of BMWs on the small lot.

I had a busted fog lamp and the dealer had given a quote of $100 to fix it. These guys replaced the bulb and fixed it when I had taken my car in for an inspection - for less that $10.

These guys are straight up, Michael the owner and all his staff have great attitude, love BMW's and treat their customers with respect and honesty and their prices are more than fair. They sold me a new drive shaft for my '90 535i and their parts price was less than an on-line BMW specialist for the same exact part number plus their labor charge was too reasonable, about an hour for remove and replace at the lowest labor rates in Silicon Valley. Don't tell them that and don't tell anyone else about this shop, they already too busy! Richard

I listed myself as a "biased" customer because I have been extremely happy taking my cars to Mike and Kosro for 25 years --both VWs and BMWs. I often drop by if something is wrong and if it is an emergency (once it was the smell of gasoline which was due to aging lines)they deal with it immediately. Tail light out? They fix it on the spot and don't charge me anything. I have always felt they care about helping me keep my car in good shape and that means I don't overlook things that need to be fixed.

I had to add my review since the others were nice, but they still only average 3 stars and I think they deserve better. I have been bringing my car to them for 15 years. I got 250k miles out of my first BMW with their help. When it came time to buy a new car, I get another BMW as much to keep them as my mechanic in addition to liking the car. Mike and Kos are great, but Mike is the go-to guy. He can usually diagnose the problem just from your description. Their prices are more than fair. Finally, how many times do you see your mechanic working until 7 PM or on weekends? Mike and his guys do that. Can't give them enough credit.
