These guys are so honorable, they advised me to buy a new car and junk my old one, since the repairs would be too costly to justify fixing the old car, even though they knew that if I bought a new car they wouldn't get such big repair jobs from me for a long time to come. They have, on occasion, rented me a car when repairs took longer than one day. I've gone to them for 10 years and will not switch even though I moved 40 miles away.

I've been going to Gary for the past 20 years and appreciate the good work he does. One time he recommended a radiator repair, but couldn't explain very well why so I passed on it. A week later, the radiator blew...

I took my 03 Beetle in for an oil change. Kurt was able to get me in, change the oil AND replaced a burnt out turn signal (for the cost of the bulb only!!) all within 3 hours; all without an appointment. My office is close to his shop and I got a ride back when I initially dropped off the car. He checked the broken front seat, told me the cost of the parts needed and a labor estimate. The car is still under warranty so I will bring it to VW to fix that. I must say that it is refreshing to have a superb first time experience with an auto shop, and will recommend them to anyone. He was honest and informative without a hint of pressure to 'sell' me on anything.
