Everyone at B & W has been so helpful. They were so nice to me when I was having problems from negligent work done by another mechanic. They explained things to me so clearly and gave me great advice for how to deal with the other mechanic. I feel confident going back to them any day.

B & W's prices always seemed good-everyone we have spoken to who knew about them said they were great, and they have many cards and letters posted from happy customers. Well, the last time we brought our car in, it was for a clutch which they had worked on 2 months prior. We thought we'd have to argue with them about it. When they called us back with their estimate we were told that it was something they should have caught 2 months ago and they installed a new clutch for free.
