You need to add another 'make'. This shop works on MINI COOPERS not BMW--And yes I sent an email to your website section saying so. The shop works on Mini, Audi, Volvo, Saab, Volkswagen, because as he says, all those engines are similar so he can do better work getting to know them really well.BMWs are different. I had a clutch problem on my 2003 Mini and chose to get towed here. I found this shop on Yelp.com, the customer rating site. 5 star ratings from everybody--that's amazing...He gave me an estimate,( worst case included new flywheel, best case it could be re-surfaced) called to tell me what he found when he took everything apart- re-surface fly-wheel, and that he found some wires in the wrong place, were rubbing on places they should not be. No charge for fixing that back to factory state. ( last place to do work there was the dealer body shop when someone backed into my car. Offered to drive me home, but I had a ride. When it was ready, asked if I needed a ride to his shop but I got a ride there. He showed me the parts and explained what was wrong. Before I had taken my car 35 miles away to a place, which did BMWs and Minis, but was not thrilled and they were expensive. He kept my car an extra overnight because after doing so much work he wanted to start it up, let it cool down a couple of times to make sure it was good to go. I appreciated that a lot. I really trust this guy. he has a website that gives his past experience. Pearceautotech.com
